The Importance of Incentives in Business
I think the challenge that we've got here is, we've built an incentive structure that isn't about how do I build a better product. You know, sometimes private equity firms care about that. Sometimes they don't. And until we change those legal incentives, I think it's going to create by and large bigger companies. It's also going to create less efficient companies.
