Chile's wealth comes from, chiefly its mineral wealth. How is that being received? I think that this is the big question for governments there and around the world over the next four or five years. There was a lot of sensationalist rhetoric around bowich, particularly, i his proximity to the communist party. He wants to radress kind of all of thes social ills that chili has suffered over such a long period of time by essentially raising taxes and increasing social spending.

The 35-year-old president-elect in Chile loves tattoos, Taylor Swift, and progressive policies. Gabriel Boric will now try to overhaul the government as Chile rewrites its constitution.
