I think one of the things that troubles me is that, you know, young people don't have access to mentors the way I did throughout my career. Show up first, leave the last, never be on the computer scouring around and have a smile on your face and a positive frame of mind. You're going to get noticed. And if you do the opposite, that's not a lot helpful to your career.
