Machine Learning Is a Copyright Problem?
The analogies are terrible, right? They're not very useful. So you can't really say machine learning is fair use or machine learning is a copyright violation,. Like that's a category error. You have to say the training is a copyright problem. Or the model is a copyright Problem. Each of those three years sort of different from an intellectual property perspective and so on.
