Are Constraints Making Data Better?
There are whole cultures where people don't have a family name or last name. They're never given ones. I've a good friend from indanesia, and she emigrated to the us without a family name because she only ever got her given name. People put these constraints on their systems, thinking they're making the data better, and they're making it worse. So what do we do then? Do we is it? Is it? i see one side of the spectrum.
