And so we we launchd neighborhood ventures with the idea to allow any one to invest in ral estate with a thousand dollar investment. And so fast four or five years, you know, we have five thousand investors on our platform now. They're all in arizona. A, and we've recently launched some projects nation wide toi begin to grow outside of ari Arizona.
