The best reasonable adjustments for autistic people on the workplace is people. Adjustments to people's attitude, to people's understanding and to people's appreciation are key. You're being an autistic employee, but it's on your merits. To some extent, God knows because one day you're going to get a HR slap out of those who don't know what they're talking about. And maybe this is a good opportunity to tell them: 'You can't be autistic'
