The Importance of Height in Responsive Design

I think another thing that I've not seen enough talk about is making designs respond to the height rather than the width. That's what you're looking for, not the resize functionality of the other thing. So often, things can have core swatch and important messages on it which are disciplined below the fold. And your, as a responsive design, adjusts the move boxes around. But in some situations, I still wish you below the folds. Might be fine on the mobile device because you used to scroll in. But I've seen a few of these designs where you push everything out. Which completely disturb what you're actually trying to do and get the user to perform on the site.
