How the Fed Can't Build Steel Mills?

The big auto companies are ramping up electric vehicle production instead of meeting the institutional demand for regular trucks. That alone is kept prices high for cars and trucks from the regular internal combustion engine. And of course, there's the hangover from multiple years of federal giveaways. The tragedy of Biden's agenda is that this stuff would have been great if they'd done it back in 2009 when Biden was Obama's vice president.
