Is Mortgage Rates Going Back Down Again?
The all time lows are about 860,000. We're about 1.14 million right now. So we're still a couple hundred hours for sale. When I talk about mortgage rates at 4 to 5% not doing the damage, purchase application data started going negative when that occurred. It just I had anticipated about 18 to 22%.
