There is still significant danger to pieces of energy infrastructure like the nuclear power stations, and we should be very concerned about them. The Geneva Convention is supposed to protect these places but when you've got somebody unconstrained by morals or scruples, anything is on the table. Having fighting around nuclear power stations is just not a good idea - there would just never design.
