What Are the Types of Motivation?
The second type of a motivator is what i call the situationa motivator. An the situation motivator motivates based on a cause. And again, it's, we've all done this. There are all kinds of messages that we sometimes rally ourselves around. It's a very legitimate way to motivate people, and it works. But again, it will only work as long as the cause remains. Are you seeing this? If you deal with emotion, youre as long asthe emotion is there, you ok. When you lose the emotion, you lose the motivation.
