I think the smart ones will figure it out sooner. I mean, Jason Lowry has spent a lot of time working on this and working to communicate this message in a number of different ways. He quotes a general from World War I that said the airplane is an interesting toy, but it has nothing to do with warfighting. And obviously by World War II, as you said, air power was what mattered.
