There's a tremendous amount of effort that he has put in in order to get more out of his mind having read the book so I think that's a bit of a misnomer. He never states what tools he uses for task management or note taking which I feel like is a core component of what you would expect to find there. It could have been so much better had that been done with this four stages and seven mental states piece just from a structure stance he maybe could have gotten some help there.
