The Rhetorical Clock That's Ticking
Before to day, you would have thought that a deal was very unlikelyr at least not an expansive deal. The rhetoric kind from all sides doesn't match all those smiling faces coming out of the first day of talks. People sound positive to day, perhaps something more expansive is possible.
