Rao: We've been mistrained, ye for sure, to do that. And don't you think that tho the reason there's that perception is because we've been trained. So i had my first whon. I was exactly that, is to reframe the role yes. And u get very specific. The best way to re frame it for the non sales person, or anybody, is you are there to find and solve problems. Thats good. It's got to be all about helping,. what you said, helping understand what the customers issue problem is aspiration, helping them get that. Rao oke.
