Do You Have Any Trigger Points?

i do tend to have a couple of trigger points, just recurring issues. By getting those worked on regularly, i do have fewer aches and pains in the gym. And that, of course, then does translate into better performance and better results. On my fourth and final set of squats, i like to feel like i could have done one or two more raps. Zero or one is ing it a little bit much for me.
