Pramod: We've seen a significant change in that. The duration back sa, c four of last year and c one of this year was typically about two weeks. It was breakneck speed. Now we're seeing an elongation of, i'd say, instead of two weeks, or seeing four to five weeks as the time. And ourn committee is basically contentious consensus, is what i call it. So i think that really, we haven't ange. That's been our focus.
