I've Been Working From Home, and I'm a Little Bit More Flexible With My Training Schedule, Man.

Last year was almost all of a write-off, and I had picked up a stress fracture in my sacrum. So it's just been really, really lovely to actually get some consistency over the last three or four months. The aim is to try and keep it as invisible as possible, really. And if I am going for my second run, which I do probably on four or five of seven days, I'll generally do that at lunchtime.
