The Importance of Radio
I decided to become an illustrator only because there was a major in advertising illustration at the junior college that I could major in. Loved comedy albums, loved radio and so figured, you know, radio. Oh, it's just something about late at night when the lights are off and you have somebody telling you a story or the different kinds of music can come through there. Late at night, flight lights are off. You're getting predictable. You've got somebody. Risprint in your ear. They tell you a story. And they're like, ah, come on. That was going somewhere else.
