How to Divide Dividends in a Company

The only thing they need to do is to report in our Excel spreadsheet every month. Do you tell them to have a certain HR system or financial E-R-E system? No, no, nothing. So they report to you, you send them an Excel file and they report. They report to you. And then we decide to divide them in every company. How much dividends should they pay? And then what?
