The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Issues Proposed Rulemaking on New Vehicles

On Friday, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued its latest proposed ruling which will demand by the Model Year 20, 30, I think, or 32. All new vehicles must average. 58 miles per gallon. Effectively, this will outlaw pretty much every vehicle on the road that isn't at least a small hybrid to put it into some kind of perspective. The purpose of this is to push vehicles that aren't electric off the road. Good ideas don't require bayonets.
