If you're trying to buy a three bedroom to bath colonial in downtown usa, i don't think there's going to be as much price volatility. I mean, the last time that we saw a big housing change was in two thousand seven and two thousand eightd so i think betting on the lowering of prices in the long run is a pretty, pretty foolish bet. There's nothing wrong with taking your time and being deliberate. You can go higher elter, lay out the parometers and start looking at houses. And again, it just depends on where you are and and, and what you're looki for.
