There are some times when runs are just a bit shit and I don't know why that is. If we wrote it down in a diary, then we'd be able to sort of go, well, oh God, actually, let's have a let's cross reference here. It's also a really good idea to note down how a run has felt day to day because you could pick up on things like getting my period or eating jelly babies last night. But also taking it all with a bit of a pinch of salt and being like, yeah, sometimes it's going to be harder than others. And just cut yourself some slack and don't blame yourself.
