Is the Anger and the Blame Redone's Here?

The military bloggers are using this as a particularly egregious example of the obviously terrible mismanagement and prosecution of the war by the army. I don't know if there's been one particular figure who's blamed for this, but I do think it exemplifies how angry these figures are. One option is that this does focus dissent and complaints against the military high command. The other way this could play into Russian propaganda in terms of the type of war that they're fighting - loss of lightly mobilized men could become part of the propaganda campaign to explain.
