CHAPTER

The Russian Civil War - The Last Stand of a Wounded Cause

This does not mean the russians are done fighting with each other, nor does it mean the communist regime in moscow no longer faces dire threats to their existence. Their victories over kolchuk in the east and denikin in the south simply changed where they fought and who they fought. This was not the end of the whites, as remnants of colchuck's armies will remain at in siberia,. But history will soon mark this all down as the last stands of a defeated cause, not a spring board back to final victory.
