A real work of meditation begins after awakening. I think that's right now what we have to do. Peoplewill, because i know this from the research, people will have these spontaneous priences and they do tend to overvalue them in kind of a psycho dynamic sense. So what i'm trying to say is get, get them to re frame it as an invitation to a deep learning,. rather than as a final state that they 're going to cherish and hold on to.
