Streaming Video

It seems like it's mostly a mess out there of mixed support and nothing really has a spec. And also, I can only imagine the challenges of profiling, especially when you're crossing boundaries between the Elixir code and C code. It's never just one sort of function call that's slow. But in this case, after I've run this stream for two minutes, it starts slow down. OK, why? Well, maybe it's getting some weird frames. Maybe it's just getting tired and hot.
