When we are in a regular cycle of spiraling, thinking that we know good or really taking constructive criticism to heart, we can spiral in a negative way. And so what we actually want to do is strengthen the neural pathways when you're not spiraling. Kwame Kwei-Armstrong: We all have bad days at work; it's like if I wanted massive biceps, I'd have to go to the gym and flex those muscles every day. It's the same thing with our mindset around how confident we feel about our ability to contribute positively to the team and to our job.
