I was the primary conga in my first platoon. Pretty awesome. A lot of responsibility for a freaking meatball new guy. And that's also where I realized, hey, if you don't want to be told what to do do it ahead of anyone being able to tell you what to do. Our platoons had some unique personalities. Very, very unique. Your platoon was pretty savage, dude. They, it was again an interesting time. It wasn't even or like a bell curve. There was maybe one, but there was really no in between.
