How to Play a Combo-Based Game
The game is very much combo based which is not my cup of tea but they give you enough repetition as you're learning stuff to sort of internalize it and remember it a little bit better long term. The song changes every quote-unquote level you're playing through and if you're on non-streamer mode it's going to play different songs by like the black keys or other artists that you'll actually recognize. You do get additional benefits in your fights if you are on beat and they have plenty of opportunities to practice it. It has some really great accessibility features where they can show you a meter at the bottom of your screen that shows you the beat If you can't hear it
