The Benefits of Partitioning
partitioning is super beneficial because we again, like vacuum, we have data locality that has registered in more compact way less sparsely. Vacuum is faster. We don't need to rebuild whole index. We build just index on our partition. All others already are good visibility maps are good. Index behavior is good for all partitions. If tomorrow we will be using yesterday partition, we still keep it, but it's kind of frozen state. So with Maxwell size and checkpoint demo it can be changed then without restart. When we prepare for bulk updates, do bulk updates without indexes or with as few indexes as possible and recreate index or create them afterwards. Adjust to the checkpoint amount of Maxwell size
