The Obsession With Youth in Our Culture
I think there's this obsession in our world with youth, and it manifests in all these little ways. One of the ways that I kind of see it happening is through like self deprecating around age. And we do it with a humorous energy, but it's there's a lot of truth to it, right? Every single human being on this planet has the the ability to unsubscribe from things like youth obsession with youth. So if you're wanting to develop a stronger relationship with the aging process in a healthy way, start to move towards consciousness and connection to your soul energy. That happens through presence.
