I met him soon after I moved to California, which was 1989. She's the one album was an outgrowth of the wildflowers project. We had all these songs. Some of them made it on She's the One and the rest of them kind of disappeared. It started with rap records because when we were making rap records, you didn't want it to sound like a big production.
