We have to be very careful about this a with regard to the new institutions. We can see the way that going into world war two, coming out of the depression, the us. Up regulated its coordination capacity so profoundly. So could we have a manhattan project like level organization? I think there are countries that ah did not yet transition to democracy, are interested in it,. And completely bypass the industrial era democracies and go directly to better systems.

But what if many of these problems are actually symptoms of the same meta-problem, or meta-crisis? And what if a key leverage point for intervening in this meta-crisis is improving our collective capacity to problem-solve?
