Is There a God in the New Testament?
A purely intellectual belief in god doesn't actually do the job properly. People are often comfortable with that, what they're uncomfortable with is a god who becomes personal and makes demands on them. So lewis says we've got to find a way of saying that thaism is a good starting point, but there's a lot more that needs to be said.
