What's the Next Training Session?

The next day basically starts after this recovery meal that you get a and then you start thinking about what's coming. So for instance, if i have like two our easy rit am on the day, or a training session, and the next day super like pardemonic intervals, a double day, for instance, then i would have to kind of eat a lot for the rest of the day out of carbohydrates. The most important thing is to ask yourself, what do i need to get through the next training session? It comes down to a whether you want to like careful recovery, or is it like a realeasy session? Ah, so you have really a lot of possibilities there.
