How Did You Build a Scalable Guild?

Some of the early community discovered this and started doing what they called scholarship programmes. And how it worked was thatik, they got a bunch of people, gave them accounts,. They started playing, and then they would give 70 % of the selpe earn to the player, and they would keep the 30%. So i came in and said, i want to do this in a scalable manner, so that we can thousands, and possibly up to millions of people around the world in a play to earn. We wanted to build a guild that would be able to offer access to plateand assets to people around theworld in inescalable manner. That's how widy ye started.
