Is There a Shortage of Machine Learning Engineers?

Evan: These aren't people who lack talent or lack very desirable skills. It's just that they're spending a lot of time working at other problems that are also very challenging but for which they're not experts. And this problem is growing exponentially, I would guess, as ML moves into industries throughout the economy.
