Resilient in Sport
I hate the word and resilient often get into arguments about the word recently you've got to make them resilient. I don't understand the, the use of that language when you're trying to provide flexibility in your life. The anti fragile for me is something about kind of meeting the knocks as they turn up because you can deal with whatever life throws at you. And if I do crumble in that moment I know that I'm going to get back up again. That's what I mean by anti fragile resilient - it doesn't there's no growth there if you like.
