Are We Prioritizing the Audiences?
i'll often set up audience matrix, or an audience map, on a mirror board to use in a workshop session. And you have them prioritize the audiences too. Like we are really focusing on this one segment, and then here's our secondary audience that were trying to hip, ye aly. It can take weeks to vitemize that. That's o cave, if it does take weeks. Now, these things need to be chewed over sometimes.
