Is It Cultural Competence?

I think that although we can like, joke about names, cause most of them are like funny, i do think that they are kind of an art form. I don't know, i feel like that's cultural competence. And like emotional intelligence as well es we i think it's a vibe. It's a different it brings emotion and expression into what could otherwise be like a flaty mal or tex message, or exactly purbal exchange. Cause i came from like, art education background, every moment was so and i wouldto make a mem reference. Every one kind of the tension breaks wor people get to ease up and relax.
