A Skeptical History of the Celts

There's a lot of romanticism around the Celts when they're in and laterally there's a sense that there's been a kind of demithologizing of that. Simon Jenkins recently wrote a book called A Skeptical History of the Celts but he says that it is accurate to talk about Celtic Christianity coming largely out of Ireland. We use Celtic as a kind of very broad shorthand to try and describe the culture of the time. Britain and Ireland were a collection of different groups of people really.
