How Did This Happen?

A by crowd works with hackers all the time, but this was one of the the bad ones that we trid to stop. How did this happen? One of my sources says there are unseemly pictures all over their internal networks. There's still obviously a lot of incident response going down. Like ever is having a a very busy friday and quite likely a very busy week end.
