Is the VSM Really a Push Notification?

Gill: The VSM really goes against the grain of like, maybe not the necessary practice. It says what you want to do is limit the information that is going upward in the system and only send a signal when there's a problem. And otherwise just provide your sort of general weekly reports or whatever to be fed into the statistical machine. But if there's no problem, then we don't want any data at all, right? Gill: A spay represents their thing a little bit differently where they emphasize their recursion upfront but fill out the details later.
