Aidan: We're working with the whole human expression, not just a part of it. And so the methodology as Reggie mentioned based on Robert Keegan's subject object theory is a powerful transformational lens. So while there is some situational coaching that goes on, we have a trajectory toward a destination of success in a given coaching topic. Kent: Our first session was me just complaining about all sorts of things. I'm like, this is wrong and that's wrong and all these things are wrong. But then you went back and it was really interesting. You kind of just put them together into a pattern.
