If we've got a high repetition range, if we're going to fail it and we're leaving no rest, I mean, that's three essentially factors, which are going to cause problems for the subsequent sets in terms of stimulation. Here is how with understanding the fatigue mechanisms now is I've consistently thought if you're doing that very early in the workout, it's probably going to be more effective than doing it late in the workout where you've already accumulated fatigue from the stuff you've been doing. That's kind of my thought process behind that.
