Is It a C R I or K Bulb?

i couldn't find bulbs with the right amount of lumins, so much so that i kept going back to my philips box and saying, maybe it's wrong. So i could not find three thousand k works with the ballast 90 plus c r. I a 29 50 luminer, higher ld bulbs to save my life. And most of them are like, daylight in like, no, i do not want aly lights in my office.
