Microsoft is moving at a rapid pace with its new chatbot, says CNN's John Sutter. The company initially released Bing as their kind of like free for all; then they've limited the level of interaction that you can have and how much time you can spend with it. "It is interesting to see them kind of playing the hokey-cokey here in trying to have their cake and eat it," he says.
