I guess what it comes down to is you guys are providing the global infrastructure where your clients have that flexibility. So internationally, it does lead more heavily towards contracting just because that motto is a lot more lightweight. In other countries, we might feel like the risk is too high and we will hire people as actual full-time employees of the company. It's a mix. You end up having sort of a mixed workforce that where you make those assessments on an ongoing basis as to what makes sense for you, given where your talent is.
